Terms of Service

1. Services

BNA Hauling provides equipment transport services for machinery under 10 tonnes. Our services include pickup and delivery of construction equipment, machinery, and vehicles within our service area in Eastern Ontario.

2. Pricing and Payment

Our standard rate is $150 per hour, all-inclusive. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed via text, phone, or our online form. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, road conditions, or other safety concerns.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate equipment weight and dimensions
• Ensuring equipment is ready for transport at the scheduled time
• Providing safe and accessible pickup and delivery locations
• Disclosing any known mechanical issues with the equipment

5. Liability and Insurance

BNA Hauling is fully licensed and insured. We take reasonable care in transporting your equipment. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage caused by improper loading information provided by the customer.

6. Weight Limitations

We transport equipment under 10 tonnes. Customers must provide accurate weight information. We reserve the right to refuse transport if equipment exceeds our weight capacity or poses safety risks.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
